Bear Hunting in the West End
09 Sept 09: This is the day we launched Kids Week – three shows on stage at once: Bear Hunt, Gruffalo and The Tiger Who Came To Tea. Nica Burns & co threw on an extra show for VIPs and their kids: Jamelia was the only one I’d heard of, and she (and her daughters) were lovely.
After the show we were asked to mingle with everyone in costume, and there was no doubt who the star was. No doubt What. So. Ever: The Gruffalo.
That show will be running long after all of us come down...
